SinuPulse Elite SinuAir Sinus Rinse Salt Solution - Saline Powder for SinuPulse System, Neti Pot Flush, Nasal Wash Squeeze Bottle, & Nose Irrigation for Sinuses, 300g

This is my favorite saline irrigation powder. I like that it is buffered, and the fine powder dissolves really easily. Before I had found this, I used to buy Grossan's Breathe Ease saline solution, and, though that one is OK, its larger grains take longer to dissolve than the SinuAir powder..... and by the end of the bottle, they used to be clumped a lot. I've never had SinuAir clump, even in this tall bottle. Important tip: To keep the powder from clumping, make sure that you screw on the cap each time after using this, so the salt stays dry... and, of course, don't take out the dessicant packets. Con: The only small negative of this 300 mg "jar" is its height. The scoop is shorter than the jar, so it's more of a pain to get to the last 1/3 of the bottle. The 200 mg bottle is just the right size, but more expensive. I solve this by decanting the last 1/3 into a 200 mg SinuAir bottle I had bought initially. That works perfectly. All in all, this is an excellent product. Both my kids recently had sinus surgery, so have to irrigate 2x daily to heal, and it's wonderful to have the convenience of this pre-mixed, buffered powder that dissolves easily and doesn't sting. We also use it at 1.5 strength or more, since that helps reduce swelling and feels pleasantly salty.

I admit I have been using this for a couple of years, and it works just fine BUT in figuring out the cost--this is very expensive for a simple mixture of non-iodized salt, baking powder, calcium chloride powder and potassium chloride powder. All of these are CHEAP items you can buy at your local store and Amazon. You can find how to make your own saline solutions online and most just use non-iodized salt and baking powder in a 3to1 ratio--3tsp salt with 1 tsp baking powder. However I cant seem to find how much potassium and calcium chloride to add to the mixture. I will try 1/2 tsp of each to start and make a very small batch. If it works fine, I will make in bigger batches with the same ratio of ingredients

Good product, but extremely expensive. Container is a bit hard too small of an opening, and scoop is not marked.

Doesn’t burn if you use the correct amount. Leaves my nasal tissues feeling good afterwards

This bulk salt works well for my SinuPluse machine. It mixes easily in the distilled water and is not harsh or burning when in the sinuses. A bit pricey but worth it.

I like having the premixed powder for cleaning my sinuses. It makes it easier to flush out my nasal cavities, and it’s much faster. If you are new to using a nasal cleaner, this is a great powder to start with. If you’re an old pro whose been using nasal flushing for years, it’s a great way to get it done fast and move on to enjoying your day.

I had purchased the saline packages for years as I have Hypogammaglobulinemia. It was expensive as in used two packets a day. They are high quality and easy to use, however cost wise the saline in the container comes with a spoon so it is easy to measure and use in my sinus pulse machine. I like both types of ways that you can buy this product.

The product looks exactly like the photo. I like that it is a large amount of the product. Previously I would purchase the individual packets which didn't last as long and had the additional waste of the packet. I recommend this product.

THE FLUID WILL GO UP ONE NOSTRIL QND IT WILL FLOW DOWN AND OUT THE OTHER ONE. THIS SOUNDS UNPLEASANT BUT IT'S WITH IT. IF YOU NOSE REALLY BLOCKED I WOULD TRY TO BLOW DOWN NOSE AND YOU WILL SEE THE LET'S CALL IT DEBRIE. It WILL BE FORCED OUT AND THE FLUIED SHOULD FLOW OUT. DO THIS EACH SIDE. AS I SAY I WQS ABLE TO REDUCE HOW OFTEN I USED IT WITHIN A MONTH. BUT REMEMBER KEEP USING IT DONT GIVE UP BECAUSE IT'S UNPLEASANT. IT DOES WORK AND WE'LL WORTH 5HE MONEY. I sali sono normali, la possibilità di prendere una quantita a piacimento è ovviamente una buona cosa. Il problema è che più si raggiunge la fine della confezione più è scomodo raccogliere i sali con il cucchiaino. Inoltre il sale tende a "raggrumarsi" a causa dell'umidità.

Nachdem der mitgelieferte Vorrat von 30 Tagesbeuteln für die Salzlösung aufgebraucht war, haben wir die 300g Packung für die Salzlösung nachbestellt, da diese preisgünstiger ist als die Tagesbeutel. Seit Anwendung der Nasendusche haben wir die Einnahme der homöopathischen Medikamente eingestellt! Anfangs haben wir die Nasendusche täglich verwendet und mit fortschreitender Besserung die Anwendung kontinuierlich reduziert. Der Erfolg ist also rein der Anwendung der Nasendusche zuzuschreiben! Wir haben jetzt keine Probleme mehr mit den Nasennebenhöhlen bzw. mit Nasenbluten und verwenden die Nasendusche nur mehr bei Bedarf, ca. ein mal pro Woche.

Environ 2 mois pour 1 lavage hypertonique par jour ou bien 4 mois pour un lavage hypotonique chaque jour. Lota en porcelaine émaillée 250ml - Bleu indigo A 22 euros c'est correct mais je le vois maintenant à plus de 60 € et à ce prix là c'est tout simplement une arnaque.
