I wanted to try this instead of buying mushroom coffee. After trying it, I noticed less brain fog and an increase in my energy level. I slept better. There's no taste, and it's easy to swallow. The quantity is great for the price, too.

I have a disassociative disorder that leaves me with very few memories. I live in a constant fog. But lions mane has changed all of that. I've tried tons of other products, this actually allows me to function each and reach goals. It starts a little slow, but then gains speed. I've been taking 2 a day for about 6 months and still improving. I'm also constantly remembering more and more all the way back to childhood.

Noticed that if I took it at night, I seemed to awake to sleep. So during the day, it did help with my alertness and could make it through the day without a nap!

Since returning to college in my 40s I started taking lions mane and ginkgo Bilboa to help with memory and brain function. After several months of taking it not only is my memory better and cognition sharper, but I have had old memories coming back to me, things I haven't thought of in years I can remember as if they occurred yesterday. I have been consuming these capsules for a little over a year.I'm not a spring chicken nor am I not completely over the hill.My prognosis is I'm still alive,I haven't forgotten everything,I don't have to be injected and imprisoned at night,so based on all that,I'd say they work just fine.

They keep me awake and focused throughout the day. I have a 19 month old baby and lion’s mane helps me get through the day. Very cheap and worth the price
