Got for my mother for some good neck support and comfort to improve her sleep quality.I got one of these and it helped with neck pain relief. Firmness is good, and diddnt have any weird fake smell when we got it.

I’m normally a side/stomach sleeper and was constantly waking up at night and waking up with a sore neck.I bought this about three weeks ago, and could instantly feel the difference of support between my regular pillow and this one.It did take about a week to get used to the new pillow, figuring out which side was more comfortable, and figure out how I could side sleep/stomach sleep with it.In week two, I noticed a was sleeping more soundly, not waking as often, and the neck pain was nearly gone. I was also sleep on my back more.Now in week three, I’ve woken up in the mornings without any neck pain, I did wake up once during the night, but I felt like the quality of sleep was better.The pillow does fit in a standard size pillow case, but it will slip out if the pillow case is open-ended (this may also be a “me” problem as I move through out the night, so I’m not docking the rating).

After using this pillow for about a month, I can now provide feedback based on real usage...I have clinical insomnia so I have a love/hate relationship with sleep and all things that surround sleep. I've used multiple pillows in the last decade+, and this is one of the better ones.About two years ago I purchased a memory foam pillow that had a simple curve to cradle one's neck. But this pillow is a a definite improvement over that one.This pillow is slightly bigger than a standard twin size pillow. Its nice to have 'coves' for the ears. I also have "eustachian tube dysfunction" where I hear popping, clicking and 'scratching' pretty much all day. I frequently have fluid in my ears at night as well, and what's nice about the ear coves, is that I feel like they provide for more air movement thus making for happier ears, and less irritation.This pillow IS NOT made if cooling gel or is any way cool in one's skin. Its just as hot as every other foam pillow. Being in menopause, I'm very sensitive to temperatures... on my worse menopause days, this pillow makes me sweat! Sorry, but its just not as advertised concerning cooling temperatures.All in all, I do recommend it. As a person with with insomnia and picky ears, I find this as the most comfortable pillow I've had in a long time. I double cover it with 100% cotton pillowcases which is the best barrier between the heat of foam and a comfortable night's sleep. If you stuggle with a good night's sleep, I definitely recommend giving it a try.

I love this pillow. I have tossed and turned and woke up with neck pain in the past. I don't know what took me so long to find this pillow! I am sleeping better with no neck pain!

I’ve been using this neck pillow for about three months, and it has helped with my neck problems. The support is good, and it’s comfortable, but I do wish it were a bit taller for better alignment. Overall, it’s a decent pillow, just not quite perfect for my needs. Still a good option if you prefer a lower-profile design.

It does feel good, it’s heavy and cooling. But I like to sleep with my arm under the pillow and I can’t comfortably do that with this one. It’s stiff, but the top is nice and foamy, idk how to explain it lol.
