I have sent several messages. This phone was deliverdd and the speskwr is now not working. I have asked for a refund but no one has bothered to acknowledge it

Quería un móvil sin WhatsApp y sin posibilidad de aplicaciones ni distracciones y este es perfecto. Es duradero (se ha caído un par de veces u funciona perfectamente). Posibilidad de doble sim Sin problemas de línea y sonido nítido y claro, perfecto para que me llame y me avise cuando sale de baloncesto o esta solo en casa.
