Boomerang [DVD]

Bought this on HD blu-ray as it’s not available on 4K. Looks a lot better than the standard def dvd release. I hope that they’ll release his best movies on 4k as a box set some day. He made some great comedies.

I know it's an old film but it is still as funny today as it was in the 90s. Great Saturday night film to watch.

I bought the movie for the part of Strangé by Grace Jones. Eddie Murphy is not very funny in his stereotype role of womaniser! Grace Jones with her brutality, extravaganza, humor and boldness steals the show!!! I love her "no nonsens" attitude!

Another great film by Eddie Murphy. Just as funny as his stuff from the 80's/

As I have mentioned these story line's are a new way to look at the Afro- American culture, very deep and entertaing script. I will enjoy watching over and over again.

Great classic. I bought this just to have Grace Jones to watch now and again.

マリオ･ヴァン･ピープルズの昔の映画を観ていたら、メルヴィンが出ていて、あ、ブーメラン久しぶりに観たいなぁと思い、購入させていただきました。 確か、エディ･マーフィーの映画の中ではあまり評価が高くなかった記憶があったのですが(マシンガントークがないから？)Amazonのレビューは高いので嬉しくなりまして、便乗。 多分、ストーリーは意外性等は薄いかもしれませんが、要所要所で出てくる脇キャラが強烈で笑えます。 エローラやプッ〇ー連呼するモデル(グレイス･ジョーンズ)技師？(メルヴィン･ヴァン･ピープルズ)とマーカスの親友の両親(旦那さんの服キノコ) 全部下ネタですが、楽しい映画だと思います。
