good customer service, writing feel on the surface is ok. Note that this product like many other paperlike screen protectors is only suitable for those who are willing to sacrifice some display quality in exchange for the feeling of writing.

I was a little apprehensive about getting this because it is matte, but I'm so glad that I did. There is no glare on my tablet anymore and my fingers and pen just slide on the screen and don't get stuck. Also the cut is a perfect fit, the other screen savers I got the camera hole was off so it kept blocking my camera. So highly recommend

Works well for anti glare but we didn't like the roughness of it so took it off.

The instructions are confusing and worded weirdly, the orange wipe actually left specks on my screen when it's supposed to remove them, the dust sticker is not sticky enough and actually ended up leaving dust in the end, the screen protector cover actually lifted up with my screen after the installation process and shifted my screen and left bubbles everywhere. The screen protector doesn't even feel like paper as advertised and the matte finish is almost non-existent. EVERYTHING about this product is awful.

It fit my Samsung pad perfectly. It does make drawing feel more natural. The directions were more complicated then they needed to be. The most important thing is to use the paper-cardboard air bubble scapper, and get all the air bubbles out before sealing all sides completely. Scrap to one side or corner.

Screen protector has your standard Step 1 peel backer to stick on screen and Step 2 to begin using.The cling from the Step 2 (blue) side was stronger than the cling to the screen.I spent ages removing the bubbles before peeling Step 2 only to have all the work entirely reset as it pulled entirely off the screen.Then cleaning set this came with was pretty trash so that might be the reason.Rougher than expected but now that the awful application process is done, seems to work well enough

It arrived in my home town and then disappeared. Amazon did not tell me anything. They just canceled the order. I'm sure the product is good but Amazon dropped the ball.

Started lifting at the edges immediately, I was hoping it wouldn't be an issue as it was great otherwise, I love the feel and writing on it feels so much better. It's not as slippy. But the lift kept growing everytime I use the tablet. It would press back down for that use, but then when I use it a couple hours later the lift is back and grown. I need to replace it already and it hasn't even been a month yet.I don't think it is an install issue, however it could be. At the end of the day, I was more annoyed with this screen protector than anything.
