I've been using this machine for over a month to train my abs, and I can now give a reliable opinion. The machine works and does its job, but more than anything, it requires personal dedication. For home workouts, it's more than sufficient; it's durable and very lightweight, making it easy to move. Installation was very quick and easy.

The machine itself works well and will definitely have your abs hurting in no time. The counter wire was crushed when it arrived and so it doesn't work and I don't care enough to replace it for something I can just count myself, though it would be nice. It's sturdy and easy to install. The appearance is as shown and and value of money based on the product matches.

This ab machine deserves 5 stars from me. It’s incredibly easy to use—within a few minutes I had the motion down and could feel my core working without any confusing setup or adjustments. The curved track and padded supports make the movement smooth and controlled, so my knees, back, and wrists never feel strained. It’s a great way to get a serious ab workout that’s effective but still gentle on the joints.

This is a great machine to use to get a great core workout in, however, it's not as durable as I hoped.

This was easy to assemble and extremely sturdy quality. I have this set up right in my living room with little space taken up. I've been working on this 2x a day and I love the effects of this workout. Definitely gives you a good burn sensation and easy daily workout. I love that you can adjust the height of this to build up your resistance. Great for starters to incorporate this exercise into their daily workout!
