I had been using gelatin capsules, but decided to try these as I was having issues with swallowing , filling, indigestion, ect , these are fantastic, and I will never go back. They are so much easier to fill to the maximum of what it holds especially using the spoon provided. They are so easy to swallow and easy to digest , no issues with aftertaste or feeling as if the capsules dissolved before digestion. I can actually feel the benefits of what I’m using them for because of the efficiency and quality . Expensive for 100 but there’s no arguing quality over quantity in this instance.

I feel they are not easy to swallow. They don’t seem to have any real nice coating that would make them slide down your throat easier. They are large, but they are meant to be. They do come in a package that is hard to re-seal so I ended up having to put them in another Ziploc bag so as they would not dry out. It does come with nice tools that help you fill the capsules.

They are horse sized.

These are easy to use and simple to fill. I use them to mix my own vitamins and supplements to ensure quality and save money. I use these capsules for Methylene Blue, and they hold exactly the amount I want inside without getting messy. MB is Messy And will stain everything it touches, including flesh, so it’s essential that the capsules open and close easily. If there’s a mess, it’s just me!
