I was a beekeeper for 5 years and adore the scent of fresh beeswax, however, candles are time-consuming to make and I prefer to purchase my beeswax by the block and keep in around the house for a clean inviting smell. I decided to try this wax melt and love it!!I just snaped a section of beeswax off and put it in the melter and my house smells amazing all day long! Plus a little bit of wax lasts forever! My friends have commented how nice my home smells and it is the perfect night ambiance for working late.I purchased the holder with small holes all over it and it is very charming and adds a warm look to my countertop. I am going to purchase another for a friend and gift it with a few blocks of beeswax.I have not tried it with conventional wax melts, just beeswax, so I cannot attest to how easy it is to clean, but it does melt evenly and the light gets nice and hot with a warm glow. I would recommend this product

There is nothing to dislike about this warmer. It not only does the job of warming the wax, it's so pretty and so well made. It's actual ceramic and feels it to the touch. The lighting is pretty too. It comes packaged exceptionally well. They company really goes above and beyond to protect it.The only issue I had was with the bulb. It burnt out quickly. Like after using it just 3 times. I have ordered 2 different kinds of 25V replacement bulbs I'm going to try. One isn't getting good reviews, one is. (the one that comes with the warmer is the one with the poor reviews, so we will see)It doesn't have a thing to do with how much I like the warmer though. No more soot and the great wax scents I love with the addition of the night light effect.

6/1/2021 UPDATE: the product quit working, again. I won’t be contacting the company for another but I will be ordering a new wax melt from another company. A 90 day life isn’t long enough for me.3/8/21 UPDATE: I contacted the company directly and they were more than happy to send me a new product. This one was delivered in about 4 days and I plugged it in immediately. It melts the wax cubes evenly and gives off a nice bright light. I love the way this melter looks in the living space.I received this as a gift from my husband for Christmas. I just got around to putting it out this week. I was very impressed with how it looked and the small amount of space it took up. On the third day that I had this out, I went to turn it on and it would no longer work. Tried unplugging, changing the bulb, nothing will turn this thing on. Very disappointing. I might’ve used it for 7 hours total. I’m out of the window for returns.

The media could not be loaded. The cord broke on my old one and I had to replace it. This one is much nicer. Especially for the price. No fuss with setting up. I had bulbs for this. And you will need one. Very pretty and adds a nice ambiance. Melts and smells great. Easy to clean. Would buy again!

I love this product. A beautiful ceramic item with a very warm glow that adds a nice light pattern to its surrounding area. It really adds a nice cozy touch to a space. I love that I can leave this thing on for a long time without worrying about an open flame. With the right wax it tends to last a lot longer than a candle too!I will say the wax holder part is really quite loose and with the wrong move you can end up with hot wax everywhere, which I have unfortunately done. I’m not really sure if it’s safe to have the holder completely locked onto the top of the base, however I think there could’ve been a way to secure it a bit better. I would certainly keep it out of reach from kids/pets and in an area that isn’t very high traffic to avoid knocking the warming plate. Wax spills are not fun!I really love this product though, and with value for money in mind it is the best most stylish option that Amazon Canada offers in my opinion!

So I bought this to use it as an essential oil burner that could be more sustainable without the use of those little candles. The product description on Amazon clearly said it was also for oil, but when I received it, the enclosed instruction said "This warmer is designed for Wax only. NOT intended for use with oils." WHAT NOW?? But I was not about to give up without trying, so I did. I think I added about 20 drops of citronella essential oil and turned on the unit. It worked wonderfully, but the scent was way too strong. I went above and beyond and added water to it too lol and it's working perfectly. I guess they don't recommend using it with oils/water because it's easier to spill if you were to accidentally knock it or something, but it does work. Just be careful not to spill :)
