This is one of the best docks I've used. For my work MacBook Pro M4 Pro I picked up an Ivanky dock so I could use dual monitors. On their dime of course. For my person MacBook Pro M4 Pro I picked up the Spigen. I figured I can live with one monitor and the laptop screen. The Spigen dock lets me use dual 1440p monitors without any issues. I might have to replace my wife's aging Dell thunderbolt dock with another Spigen dock. My only complaint and it's just personal preference would be to have a lineout on the back of the dock for my speakers.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: I was contacted by Spigen CS and entitled for full refund instead of replacement due to some restrictions. Although I have not tested all the ports and features yet, at least ones that I use often work so I think I will be stick to this docking station for a while. I am satisfied on the prompt customer support and yet a bit disappointed of getting a lemon, which is why I have upgraded the rating from 3-star to 4. Hope other ports don't fail out.I needed a docking station that would support thunderbolt 3/4. Upon research, I have purchased this Spigen 14 in 1 docking station based on the brand name, versatility, price range, and good customer reviews.Upon receipt of the product, I tested HDMI, USB-C, USB-A, micro SD and SD cards, which were working fine. And then, I tried audio port with my good ol' Symphonized 3.5mm, 4-pole jack earbud. It was working well for 10 minutes and suddenly, I got the message saying USB device was unexpectedly disconnected. After this incident, the audio port was no longer working. First, I thought my 6-year old earbud went bad. However, the earbud was working perfectly find using USB-C splitter connected to Spigen 14 in 1 docking station. I also tried with another earbud which my wife used (3.5mm, 4-pole jack as well). Same result which can be seen from uploaded video.I wanted to replace it but Amazon was not offering one. Upon conversation with CS, he recommended to directly contact Spigen using message function implemented within Amazon. CS from Spigen requested to provide proofs, but since this is an audio issue, I took a video. However, Amazon message only can take files of up to 10mb in total and yet the video alone is over 400mb (raw, no compression). I did upload snapshots of this video and requested CS to provide me a link to upload the video. It has been over a couple of days and yet I still haven't received any answers to this issue.Out of all functions, 3.5mm audio port could be a nominal one, and I can live without it since I have a splitter to bypass. However, it is very disappointing and unacceptable that one of the ports has gone bad after 10 minutes of usage. Still, all other functions are working fine so I gave 3-star. Will update this review once I hear from Spigen and receive replacement which should work well and durable.

Picked up a new ultrathin laptop that only came with 3x USB-C ports so I picked this up in order to gain a few more USB ports as well as an HDMI port to hook up to my 27' display.For the most part, it works as advertised but found an issue after some use. Basically, the PD port (USB-C) is unusable. While it does deliver the necessary power, I found that it also caused my laptop to drop to 300 MHz. instead of a steady 3 GHz. I couldn't figure out exactly what was happening until I felt the hub and it was pretty hot to the touch. I'm guessing it overheats when plugging in the HDMI + 1G RJ-45 + 65w PD, which in turn caused my laptop to throttle down. I ended up unplugging the power and connected it directly to my laptop which fixed the overheating/throttling issue.I used Spigen exclusively for my cellphone cases. I don't know why I thought they could make hubs as well. Lesson learned and will just pick up an actual hub made by companies that specialize in it in the future.

Been using it for 5 months and I am very satisfied. It’s been reliable and I have no issues so far. And it was priced right at the time of the purchase, which was a huge bonus.I’m using a 2017 15” macbook pro but this docking station is future proof so when I get a new one I can still connect 3 monitors with no issues.This item does not have thunderbolts so that’s something to be considered. My only complaint is the laptop blinks three times when I wake it from sleep. It’s annoying but you get used to it.

Me encantó el diseño y los materiales de construcción de este Hub USB-C. Lo compré para ver si era posible usar el puerto HDMI 2.1 con mi televisor LG OLED C2, pero lamentablemente por limitaciones de mi MacBook Pro de 16 pulgadas con chip M1, no me dio la salida de video a 4K 120Hz, pero sí la opción de HDR. Ya comprendí que es un tema de limitación por parte de Apple, pero igual el Hub USB-C es tremendo con los puertos de 10Gbps y el puerto ethernet de 2.5Gb.Totalmente recomendado comprar este hub, por que es el único hasta la fecha de la reseña que tiene el estándar USB 4 Gen 3.

This is a high quality dongle that is very reliable. It can run my monitor, my synth and My hard drive which has all my samples and project files and works flawlessly for long hours. I would def recommend this dongle for people producing music on a macbook
