Unit unreliable - NVR runs for ~2 hours then stops

I bought one and it was easy to set up and worked well for a few hours. Then unifi video seemed to stop (though the device carried on runing) and I had to restart. Again after a couple of hours unifi video stopped running and so it went on. So basically, its an NVR that can only function as it should for about two hours between re-starts. I've allowed it to do its firmware updates etc, so its fully up to date. Have had some dialogue with Unifi support but still not working. I use quite a bit of unifi networking kit which I like, so I was a disappointed by this episode. I hope it was just one faulty unit - I'm returning it.

Great item

Great item, however is expensive for what it is, the fans are also noisy too, so I wouldn't recommend a lounge install. Mines in the loft and works great :)

One of the lousiest tech products I've ever purchased

This product was bad before they forced adverts onto you. It's now even worse. Avoid this like the plague, run the exact same software on your own machine or use an NVR from a company that actually care about their customers. I have a lot of Ubiquiti kit and I was a previously happy customer. This is just bad though, please don't spend your money on it.
