I ordered this heated waist belt to help my back pains and because I have bought other Comfier products and found them to be excellent. This heated waist belt is no different. It arrived well-packaged and on time. On opening the box I was pleased to find that it includes an extension strap, I am a large person and the strap fitted comfortably around my waist. It also fitted around my wife's waist without the strap (size 10) making it suitable for various body sizes. It has heat settings and vibration settings, and uses vibrating pads rather than shiatsu nodes, which I found provided a gentle soothing experience that helped to ease my back pain. The heat function was hot enough without being uncomfortable. The control pad is thoughtfully designed and has a long cord allowing it to sit comfortably in front, and its intuitive controls make adjustments effortless when using the device. Being cordless, it offers great mobility, making it easy to use anywhere around the house. Overall, I found this waist belt to be well-designed and effective, and is of the typical excellent quality I have come to expect from Comfier. I definitely recommend it.

This is an amazing item. Works wonders, 5 starts would have been given (but the treading in the strap and extender and coming loose and needs restitchkng after wearing twice. This was a gift. Tried reaching out to store for replacement but no contact details for the UK customers found

This works super well -heats up quickly and can be used on different parts of the body. I like the gentle vibration option as that distracts from period pain and together with the warmth, provides an effective relief together with painkillers. I also use it as a back warmer while I am working at my desk - its great that it can be used as ether cordless or plugged in. Very easy to use whenever needed.

Having looked at other similar products prior to purchasing, I eventually selected the COMFIER Heating Pad due to its practical cordless functionality which provides greater flexibility when being used. I have personally found the pad to be very effective with lower back pain relief and the combination of the heat & massage functions makes it a comforting experience. Charging the pad is very simple with the provided LED indication charger, and upon fully charging the cordless pad battery it lasts for a reasonable amount of time when using both the heat & massage functions together. In summary I would highly recommend the COMFIER cordless heating pad to anyone who is looking for a practical, effective and value for money item that provides in my instance comforting lower back pain relief. Together with the peace of mind of having access to an extended 3 year product warranty.

What a piece of kit. Serious problems with my back recently, seeing a physio, need a new MRI etc. only had a couple of days but should have bought this way sooner. Heat is excellent, not sure why some people say it doesn’t get hot because it does. Vibration is really good as well. Back seems really relaxed after using.

This unit has not disappointed. It arrived well packaged and quickly. The pad is large enough to fit all sizes and comes with a handy extension strap. The heat settings range from a mild to a high intensity and is comfortable on any setting. The vibration mode has multiple settings are sufficiently intense for most uses. It is comfortable to wear and I use it while watching tv along with my leg massage unit. The control panel cord is sufficiently long to sit comfortably on my lap when watching tv making it simple to make adjustments. Definitely recommended.
