Follow the instructions, super easy
Super easy process. Results came out amazing. I want to hydrodip everything now!

Well worth the money ...
This was the first hydro-dip attempt and it went extremely well. I followed the clear & easy to understand instructions and, although there are a couple of very minor imperfections, it turned out great on the first try, no distortions in the pattern. As with most projects of this nature, preparation of the object to be dipped is very important; you need to make sure you have a good, clean 'under' coat. I would highly recommend this project to first-time, as well as novice, hydro-dippers.

Poor quality
After hours of prep , sanding , priming , the film had the perfect condition to look its best . The film comes extremely rolled , poor adhesion , activator is very ineffective , film washes away with warm water when its instructions tell you to do so after dipping . Overall not your best pick in film dipping in my opinion .

Looks good
The media could not be loaded. I am very pleased with how mine turned out. I dipped some plastic pieces on my cbr, and I had just enough to cover them. The instructions included were helpful and told useful things like what paint to use and what temperature the water should be etc. I followed the instructions pretty loosely and mine still turned out well, so I would say this isn’t very difficult to do. If you are worried about how to heat the water: I did not have to heat mine at all because I did it outside on a hot day and the water stayed at a consistent 80 degrees F.Note that if you have curvy pieces you are dipping the image can be distorted/warped, as you can see in my photo that is how it turned out but I think it looks cool so I was ok with it.

Works great
Activator has a heavy solvent odor. Use in well ventilated area.
