Great!
This is the most delicious Coco Aminos that I have tried. When our Costco stopped offering it, I wanted to be able to purchase more. So lucky Amazon offers it. I am sold. Used up all the Soy Sauce and moved to Big Tree Farms Coco Aminos. The flavor profile seems pretty ideal, not salty like Low-Sodium Soy Sauce, very balanced flavor, great value. So far, it has been great on every dish I have tried it in. I could not be happier with this quality product. And hats off to Amazon's Customer Service. This product has been lost by USPS a couple of times and Amazon's Customer Service took care of the problem both times and got my product to me very quickly. They were terrific as well as this product!

It's the only sauce my digestive system will tolerate.
Because I am Gluten Sensitive along with not being able to accept many foods , especially with sauces, this product is a jewel for me. I use it over my meats, vegetables & when I saute mushrooms. Has just the right amount of salt within. Flavor is outstanding. Thanks!

Excellent Product ~ Great Flavor
We've been buying this locally for years, until the stores stopped carrying this size. Not willing to pay ridiculous prices fir the tiny bottles, I checked here. I was very happy to see this big bottle. Price is higher than I used to pay, but my wife uses it to cook some great dishes. Happy wife, happy life.

Love these coconut aminos, unfortunatly it showed up with the lid split.
Love these coconut aminos. They are my favorite and I like this size, so I can decant them into another bottle with a spout.Unfortunately my bottle came with the lid split. My porch is covered in sticky sauce and I am down 26 dollars as Amazon says I am not eligible for a replacement. Very unhappy. May cancel my subscription.Update: Amazon is refunding my money. So I can reorder. Hopefully the replacement isn't broken too.

Highly recommend
My oldest had so many food allergies when he was born, I had to change so many things. One of them was soy so we couldn’t have soy sauce. I learned about coco aminos and he would eat it, but I’d have troubles as I learned through it all that apparently I’m allergic/sensitive to coconut. I came across this brand and was hesitant but it was at Costco so I cups return it if it didn’t go well. To my surprise I did good. This is the only coco aminos I can have and not react. It tasted really good! We make our own “waba bowls” with glazed carrots, rice, flap meat, broccoli, giacamole and this coco aminos. It’s so good, the whole family loves it! I would stock up everytime Costco carried it. We ran out and they no longer carry it 😭😭😭. My husband found it on here and got a bottle. It’s sooooo much more expensive on here which sucks! The new kids sucks too because you can easily overpour. The old lost you flipped up and there was a hole and you would just rock/shake the bottle back and forth and watch it come out and can gauge when to stop. But now that it’s full open top you have to be extra careful when poring haha. But the sauce itself is delicious and I high recommend trying. You can even marinate your meat it in for extra flavor.

I love this stuff!
This Big Tree product is so much tastier than the other one on the market with the same name. I don't know why so many health food stores carry that one instead of this, so I have to order it.I find many uses for it, like replacing and/or slightly sweetening soy-based shoyu and tamari (since I prefer to not to use much soy or wheat), or in soups and dressings. I like that it uses Balinese salt, an unrefined salt that I used when in Bali and liked. Makes a great fat-free salad dressing with lemon juice and a little raw honey, or mixed with my favorite Avocado Oil Vegennaise, or even plain on root vegetables. I make quick dipping sauce for raw salmon of Coco Aminos and naturally brewed shoyu, but sometimes I also add tahini, or toasted sesame oil, or ginger, garlic, lemon juice. Fantastic! The only thing I would like would be if it were thicker, more concentrated, so I could use less of it. It is expensive to use at the rate I use it.Update: I was using the large bottle to refill my smaller bottle, and so had it on the shelf for two month. Now with half a bottle left I have found mold on it. Probably best to refrigerate.
