Very good after reading the instructions twice it went up easy I am 74 it took 4 hrs with 2 beer breaks

We eventually managed to assemble the unit but noticed a few small dents on various pieces but nothing so bad that it needed to be sent back.The unit is now mounted on the wall but when extended, the canopy is on an angle. I’m sure with a bit of work I can level it up. 🤞

Overall good quality and easy to operate. Taking two stars off because the item later than scheduled and it arrived damaged. Roller joining pin was bent (see picture). I only noticed this after the point where it became more work to repack everything and return the item. So I bent it into shape with needle nosed pliers and a small hammer. Also the square bar had burrs that I had to file off and grease the pin in order to get it in.the instructions say to use a 14mm drill bit to drill the anchor holes but I found that a 16mm bit was required. Took me about 6 hours all in to build and install.Definitely recommend going over the instructions more than once before building. But now it's in place, and working, it seems like a good product overall.

Very good value, takes a bit of time to build, but take your time.

The canopy looks good and offers protection from the sun and, more importantly in Scotland, light rain. This has meant we have been able to enjoy the outdoor area much more than we would have.We took our time going through the instructions and assembly was not too difficult. It took 2 to lift it into place. We unfortunately had a problem with it retracting properly, but the seller was really responsive and emailed us the solution a few hours after we had sent a video of the problem. Since then it has worked without any problems and we are really happy with it.

This was a nightmare to assemble, taking total of 16 man hours, 2 of us 3 sessions. First session ending up in A&E with a cut to the head. Marginally our fault but BE WARNED DO NOT cut the arms off until assembled. I know it states this but there's so much packaging it is easy to ignore......trust me! The actual awning is as you'd expect.
