While the call quality and battery life are good, I'm already looking for another Bluetooth.Every time I try to use the device with my phone and iPod I have to choose "forget this device" and re-pair it. EVERY TIME. On top of that, it proceeded to turn itself on and off every 5 minutes yesterday afternoon.If it weren't for the last paragraph, I could probably get over the fact that it doesn't quite fit in my ear despite trying every earpiece they provided AND adjustments by the plastic hook.Just save yourself the headache and get a name brand.

I would give it 5 stars for sound quality clarity comfortability and price. The reason I only gave it one star is because I am a truck driver and I can't have my phone out in my hands while driving so I need to be able to place phone calls through the Bluetooth headset and apparently you can't do that with this headset. With my old Bluetooth headset all I had to do was hit the button once and the Google Assistant would ask me who I wanted to call, the only thing I can do with this headset is hit the button twice and it will redial the last person. I will be returning it.

So far so good! My husband is a truck driver so he needs a hands free device and this thing has worked wonders so far! He hasn't had any issues with connection, discomfort or charging. It has worked great and I'm hoping it'll last for quite some time :-)

This did not work with the phone we have. I dont know if its the phone or the bluetooth but we got no use out of it.

Yea the price is good but quality not so much, absolutely no noise cancellation, incoming caller hears all background noise, hard to hear in normal surrounding, decent battery life though, definitely get what you pay for on this one...

Did not contact seller but it's a defective product and it's something he/she would have known before it was sold . The Bluetooth kicks off very frequently without notice therefore causing me to miss many incoming calls I personally use a blue tooth because i'm physically challenged and not able to grasp . You should tell ppl the problem to give them the option to buy or pass on it !! TY !

I LOVE IT! I have tried many different Bluetooth head sets over the years and so far this has already out performed them all… the only thing to test is the life of the battery and that takes time.

Works flawlessly. Great sound, and instant connectivity. Wonderful value! It comes with a cool case to, so it makes it harder to lose the extra pieces.
