Love this brand, but this batch I got is different.. It has 115 caplets in it and the colour is beige and not the usual orange. Hope it's genuine.

I like how it provides a good range of nutrients without any harsh aftertaste. It’s easy to take as part of my morning routine, and I feel a bit more energized throughout the day. The large bottle is convenient, though the pills are slightly big for some.

1 pill a day offers 250% of recommended daily intake of vitamins and minerals. I use it one day, then I skip the second day, and use it on third day, then I skip the fourth day and hence forth. As far as I am concerned this is a great product. I don't have to force myself to consune tons of vegetables to get my RDI of vitamins and minerals. Of course, I still eat a little bit of veggies here and there. This pill helps ensure all vitamins and minerals are present in adequate amounts in my body. Since I use it every other day, this package can last a long time. Well worth the money spent.

I haven't really started using it yet, but this is one of the best multivitamins I found that I feel worth purchasing. I love the composition I get with this compared to other multivitamins, and also taking the price into consideration. Hopefully this will work great on me.
