Using as counterweight for DIY self balancing 🎤 boom.
When upgraded to the SHURE SM7B microphone the additional weight was to much for the weight used for my Nady SCM-700 I got this to add additional weight. Works flawlessly.The construction of the weights is very nice.They feel like they would be comfortable to wear.Good value for the money.
