Disappointed with the missing parts
I purchased this cat bed in December, hoping to gift it to someone, but the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The package arrived with missing screws, making it impossible to assemble the product. How can anyone use it without the essential parts?What’s worse is that this was meant to be a thoughtful gift, and now I’m stuck with an incomplete product that’s completely useless. Amazon should ensure better quality checks before shipping items. This experience has been horrible, and I expected much better. Very disappointed!

Hammock size is small for cat
The hammock is too small for the cat to sit, & it does not lean back to the last setting.

Usability and assembly
The media could not be loaded. Too much struggle to assemble it just because instructions were in Chinese the fabric seat is very short and rough.This is a folding chair it could have been assembled and delivered or a video attached to it .my cat refused to sit on it it was rough tight and uncomfortable.I will have change the fabric to use it for my babies.this product failed in both usability and assembly.

My kids loved it!
It was a great feeling of assembling the chair while being surrounded by my 5 cats checking up on what I was up to, and then immediately knowing that the chair is for them. You can see my cats lounging in the sun 🌞Loved the material and quality of the product!Would recommend a 100%!!

My cat loves it!
My cat is 3.6kg and the chair holds her weight very well. The quality of the wood can be better. And please send some spare screws and nuts. I was not given the sufficient number of screws and had to procure it from the hardware store.

QPets must come with a better instruction sheet and better screws.
My cats are taking to it slowly.Design: Good. Assembly: Poor instruction sheet. You must put the saral up and not bottom up. Never even had difficulties assembling complex IKEA products. So 1 star less. It's sturdy and colour is well ...PS. One set of screws are no good but I plan to get it rectified. Ask QPets to send a better set ... One more star less.
