I don't like having to use herbicides such as these on my lawn, but the situation was fairly desperate. Bought this to treat severe Creeping Charlie invasion that started in the neighbor's cheap mulch. Pros: very easy to work with because of the good granules; there is almost no dust; there were absolutely no clumps to have to struggle with. It did seem to work on most of the weeds. It actually did knock back the Creeping Charlie a bit, but it will probably require repeated applications. Also, it is weed control plus fertilizer, so that does save time and work. Cons: not a one shot solution for Creeping Charlie (but that might require nukes!).

Exactly what I needed!

I painstakingly followed the application directions 8 days ago. I waited till a morning after a heavy rain so everything was very wet. Spread the the product per it's instructions, and made sure it was wet enough to stick to the weeds. I then left it undisturbed for 39 hours where another heavy rain watered it in. After the 8 days it seems to have had zero impact on any of the weeds. Even after following the instructions to the letter I'm surprised at how little of an impact on weeds it has. It does at least seem to fertilize the lawn, I guess.

Good stuff to sprinkle over the lawn. It goes pretty far as the spreader settings for this stuff are really like. I also like how the beads have a blue and white color. It makes it easy to know where you spread it as you go around the yard. Preen has never failed me yet, so i have faith this will be just as effective as the Scotts and Sta-Green 3 in 1's i have used in the past.Good amount for the money, too.

It did some greening up of the yard but absolutely nothing for the weeds. I would not recommend, there are better pro6on the market for DIYers

I have a very small yard with my town home, but we are responsible for inside the fence, so I decided to try this on my prickly and a few non-prickly weeds galore.I used my hand to spread it around, then use my hose and my sprinklers to water the lawn well.It took 2-3 weeks to work completely.I used it 2 times in 2 months, and my lawn is super thick and has no more weeds.
