Its quality is just about the same as any of the others I've tried in this price range ($100 - $200). The field of view is the same as a couple of other brands (Night Owl, Bushnell). On a positive note, the IR light on this model is stronger than other brands. On the downside, the focus on both ends are looser than other brands so you will not be able to have it set/locked to a certain focal length if you move around a lot or put it back in its pouch (the focus will turn easily if it gets bumped). If on sale for under $80, this would be a great buy. You will just have to remember that the viewfinder is very small like any other models in this price range. Review: Useless. It is like looking through the bottom of an old coke bottle. No range. A complete waste of time. This is 1960's technology at best.
