Excellent!!!

It's just as good as the man on tiktok says it is.

It's alright but the handle is a bit wobbly after just a week, and the screws are capped so im not sure how i can tighten it with regular tools. It also looks a little different to the photos, especially the handle. A good pan, but for the price im not so sure.

I just received the pan today and i have seen that when it sits on a flat surface there are some points that are not making contact with the surface. I put a flat ruler on the bottom and it looks quite bad . It has a gap in the middle and the sides don't make to much contact with the surface . Is this going to change if i use the pan or should i return it?

I've bought 2 of these pans now, both have misshaped and don't sit flat. Also if you buy from the uk or any other country, I'm sure that the warranty only covers the states! Found this out the hard way....

Very nice!!! I tried multiple 12 inch skillets until I finally found the one! I bought a Goldilocks, which had pitting in the pan right out of the box, they replaced it twice, and all 3 had the same defect. I tried All-Clad D3, which had way too deep of a "relief" in the bottom of the pan to combat warpage, which made it take absolutely forever to heat, and also made any liquid in the pan flow to the sides. Not an issue with this Heritage Steel pan! there is still a relief to this pan (which there needs to be) but it is far smaller of a relief. This makes the pan sit nicely on my stove, and still heat well. I have only made pork chops in it so far, but it made them well, and clean up was a breeze. I think part of this is due to the fact that the pan feels more "smooth" than others because of how the ridges in the pan are ground down. This means the hills and valleys of the pan are less pronounced, so there is a smaller amount of food that will get stuck. I will say the lid has a very small dent on the top of it, but I don't really care. Great pan. Great value. Time will tell its durability. If you're on the fence, just buy it.

Works like any other SS pan. The real beauty of this compared to the cheaper options is the handle, and the supposed warranty that I haven’t had to use. Learn the stainless steel technique and it’s the most non stick pan you can buy.

Nice overall pan, recommend.
