Works great!
I use this cleaning solution to clean my tankless water heater. There are many methods to do it and products, but I've found this one to be the best value for money and very easy to use. It's safe and it's a powerful cleaner that produces a clean quality end result. Don't hesitate to purchase.

Cleaned my coffee maker and it’s now as good as new
This product worked very well to clean my coffee maker that was not working at all. I hadn’t cleaned my machine in a long time and it was so clogged that it put off excessive steam and brewed almost no coffee. After running a double strength mixture through the machine followed by a regular strength mixture it is now working well. Highly recommend.

Amazing Results; I will buy more
I had descaled my coffee maker many, many times with the vinegar/water solution, and my $200 coffee maker still wouldn't work. One time using this, and it's like I've raised Lazarus from the dead. Coffee maker works like new. Tiny complaint - it took a about ~10 days to arrive, so I'd recommend getting it before it's an emergency. EDIT - Days later, I'm still baffled at how well it fixed my coffee maker.

Good but don't follow the directions
I just got a k150 Keurig for free from my wife's work because it was broken....she brought it home because I'm handy with everything....for about an hour of time to disassemble and reassemble then $2.00 of solder and the 2 capacitors replaced on the circuit board it was fixed....I got this stuff to clean it and the directions say to pour it directly in to the reservoir.... Don't do that. Make sure the reservoir is totally empty and mix the powder into about a quart of hot water.... Once it's dissolved fully pour it in.... I did this but it wasn't fully mixed and dissolved. There was a little bit at the bottom and even that small amount cost flow issues in the Keurig so I had to use a turkey baster to clean that out of the reservoir and dissolve it in more hot water.... The water came out initially with a tint of yellow and little white flakes in the water..... I just kept running water through it on via brew cycles....four full reservoirs later the water was super clear and clean.... It also seemed like the water got hotter the more clean it got... Maybe it was in my head IDK.... but the stuff worked great

Good Product
Arrived fast and packed well. First time using Dezcal I've always used a weak vinegar and citric acid solution I made up. Thought I would try a commercial product this time. I mixed it at about 1.5 tablespoons per quart of water. Pack should be good for four cleanings or so. This seemed to work great following directions. Following directions, I cleaned and descaled two espresso machines. First I mixed the solution then pumped into the machine enough solution that I could tell it filled the boiler. Then I let it sit for half an hour. You could see the lime deposits flushed out as I pumped out the Dezcal after the half an hour. You must flush out the Dezcal several times with clear water because it tastes terrible. My machines are both over 8 years old but I do maintain them by using only filtered water and descaling every 6 months or so. This keeps them running fine and coffee tasting good.

Worked great on my Rheem Tankless Water Heater
I previously used vinegar to flush my tankless water heater. I will never use vinegar again after finding this descaler. I always thought vinegar did the trick. It was not till I used the Dezcal that I learned the vinegar did nothing in removing my limescale. I added 1 packet of Dezcal to each gallon of water used. FYI, this stuff is mostly Citric Acid, so you will find it to be safe and non-toxic

If you love coffee you need these. It really doesn't matter if you use a machine or a kettle. A scale remover is a must! This particular scaler is quite strong and one package is enough to tackle several scaling jobs. I used this one in my Dolce Gusto machine, the Keurig (that is hubbies machine) and in the kettle we use to boil water for tea. This comes in a powder form so I used a large bucket to mix the entire pack up, then filled the 3 appliances with the water and followed the directions to clean through each of them. It did a great job and is especially noticeable in the kettle since it is much more visible and probably cleaned a lot less than my coffee machines. I did find that it took quite a few run throughs after the cleaning was done to really eliminate the cleaner, but that could have just been me and my paranoia. Probably my paranoia.

Not bad, I used it to descale my toilet and shower head. It worked really well on the shower head by leaving it submersed for an hour , but for the toilet it didn't work very well even though I used pretty much the entire package.
