It is well made all metal. I have it mounted to my bed rack molle panel on my Gladiator. Holds up great when offroading very rough terrain. Frees up bed space. Easy to use supplied strap and security to know it won't come undone. Looks good and less dollars than the others.

I spent a lot of time trying to find one of these that wasn’t asking insane prices. I’m very happy with what I got and at a fraction the cost of others. It’s sturdy and secures the tank well. I had no apprehension about putting it in the back of my trailer where it looks and works great . Definitely recommend.

I originally mounted this to my truck and really liked the way it was set up. I did have a concern of the locking mechanism and the lack of a locking pin while I was driving but decided to ignore it. My propane tank fell off the mount due to the latch failing and the company has yet to email me back, and I don’t think they ever will. Ignik was cool enough to offer to send me a replacement propane tank even though it was my fault. Only buy this mount if you want to lose your tank

Mounted this to my ATV trailer which took a little bit of drilling as I had a unique application. But it held up on the trip great and the bottle never moved. I threw an extra strap on it for security which I think would be necessary. The strap seemed to stretch out and I am at max tightness. But good investment.

This mount for my 5lb propane tank fit perfectly. And it only mounts a 5lb, that I can see for its size. But drawback. I had to modify the mounting into my each. Had to drill out a new set of holes for it to work. But it worked great. Highly recommend this product. One thing though. Although I have orders from Amazon before, somehow they could not deliver this one on time. Had to wait another week before it was actually delivered.

The latch and steel strap on this mechanism are weak points. The latch doesn’t hold shut no matter the adjustments possible and the steel strap doesn’t seem like it will last long and has already tweeked a bit and won’t stay in place with the tank removed. Although this is the least expensive option out there, this is one of those items I feel I should have spent a little more money and bought a nicer product from another company. I did however 3D print a propane hose entry for this tank mount and get it mounted to my van. So your mileage may vary. You can find the van propane inlet STL on thingiverse to print one for yourself as well. Enjoy, folks.

Works perfect with my RCI rack on my truck I put it on the inside I just made two holes on it and put some nuts and bolts and it works perfect for the same brand propane tank I don't know about other tanks from other brands.
