This is an amazing item! A good buy indeed. Since I bought this I didn’t have a hard time cleaning my kids hair on the floor. Serves its purpose very well.

I bought the Lictin Haircut Capes Umbrella for Kids for my 2-year-old son, and it has made haircuts so much easier and cleaner! My husband loves using it when trimming our son’s hair—it keeps all the shaved hair in place, which was a huge problem before. Previously, hair would get everywhere, but this cape does a great job of containing it, making cleanup much simpler.The umbrella design is genius—it fits comfortably around his neck, and the material is lightweight and soft, so my little one doesn’t mind wearing it. It’s also easy to adjust, and it doesn’t slip off during the haircut, which is a huge plus.Overall, it’s a fantastic product, and it has definitely made our hair-cutting sessions smoother and less messy. Purchased this because my toddler was having full on panic attacks at the salon and tried cutting his hair at home. Before we got this it was a pain to clean up afterwards and he would end up with hair all over his body and clothes. This drape is a lifesaver. It catches everything and makes clean up so much easier. He sits through haircuts so well now that he’s not uncomfortable from all the hair falling onto him and it is a mental relief for all parties involved. I also love that this folds up into a reasonably sized circle so it’s easy to store. We’ve had it for over 6 months now and have had no issues with the material or lining. If you cut your kiddos hair at home this is a must have!

Perfect for cutting your kids' hair at home! Easy to use and clean, and great value for your money. The only con I can see is that it doesn't have a great fit around the neck of my small kids, so some hair evidently falls down on their neck and back.

I use it for adults and kids. It can be a little awkward to work around, but makes clean up easier. I bought a roll of barber neck tape and that prevents most hair from going down their neck under the cape.

I cannot express how completely useless this hair cutting cape is. It might actually be the worst quality product I've ever ordered off Amazon. Two main issues: the two pieces of velcro meant to secure the cape around the kid's neck are both of the "hook" variety, when there ought to be one hook piece and one softer piece to which the hooks can attach themselves. Obviously a quality control issue but it means I can't actually secure the cape onto my kid and am back to using a clothespin. Second: the adjustment cables -- a total JOKE. Just a strip of nylon with a cheap plastic toggle on it that literally does NOTHING to adjust the hoop of the cape up or down. The mechanics of this concept aren't that complicated and I get what they were trying to do but there should be basically a loop that connects from the bottom to the top that you can loosen or tighten -- but like I said, nothing is there but one useless strip of material and a toggle that looks like it could accomplish something but actually does nothing. My only guess is that it's again another quality control issue.Unfortunately by the time my kids needed their next haircuts and I pulled this thing out for the first time, the return window was closed. Don't be like me and BUY A DIFFERENT KIND! This is one is awful.

Great concept but doesn’t work well. The hair still gets through the cape and onto the child. The hair also gets stuck in the Velcro so now it doesn’t close very well.

I'm extremely impressed with this hair cutting cape. It was very easy to adjust it so that the outer edge turns up to form a "cup" to catch the hair. The neck opening and velcro closure were large enough to fit around my husband's neck. Afterwards I shook the hair outdoors. Since the hair wasn't wet it didn't stick to the cape. I didn't even have to wipe it clean! I was able to twist and fold the cape into a flat circle without loosening the adjustments which means the next time I'll just pop it open and it will be ready to go!
