Quality Laptop; Horrible Warranty/Service
The laptop itself is a wonderful laptop, but the warranty and the issues you will receive from Amazon make this laptop or anything with a warranty for repair from Amazon not worth purchasing. I have been waiting now two months for Amazon to repair my laptop and am still waiting at this point.

Incredible performance for price, Only two USB sockets though
The media could not be loaded. This little laptop is powerful for it's price with the processor speed beating my PC's i7 processor and though the graphics card is low range it manages to achieve super smooth 144fps refresh rate on most slightly older titles which look much more smooth than a 60hz monitor or TV. The hinge is long and sturdy which is great because many laptops suffer from poor hinge design and break very easily after opening and shutting it alot but I think it will be fine for quite a while. The keys all light up but you need to first activate it with a keyboard combination. Unfortunately there are only two USB slots and a USB C slot. It's a little difficult to manage with only two but you could always use a USB hub for more slots. The WiFi speed is nice and fast, connects to my downstairs WiFi 6e hub fine. SD card reader, ethernet port and HDMI port available which are always appreciated though it's very tricky to pull an ethernet cable out for some reason.The laptop itself looks quite plain despite being powerful, might help deter thieves.

Nice feeling weighty laptop, HP Victus. Easy to set up. Runs games smoothly, great visuals. Very happy with my purchase.

Hp Victus gaming i7
I selected this model for gaming and music production. The packaging in the centre had been damaged in the top centre Pic Nr 5. I presume some weight may have exerted in transit.But for some reason the top at the centre was ripped of !! A very slight minute crack was seen and as I opened and closed the lift for the first 6hrs it was setting and updating the software the crack got longer.I will be buying this item again as all the students at the studio say it’s the best for the software we use for sound production.Had the packaging and care in transit been a bit better than the flimsy cardboard ( a protection piece was missing or repackaged incorrectlyExcept for thisIt is an excellent product

Great Laptop!
Absolutely in love with this laptop, I bought it so I can buy Sims lmao and it works perfect! Just one thing, the fan can get loud over time if you're running heavy games.

Very disappointing
Bought this laptop to take away on work trips for gaming and films. Laggy, slow, Windows update errors from the off that will not resolve, battle.net will not load, internet dropped constantly.For ref I own the patent for WILD AI and work in data centres.I will be sending back day after purchase as not wasting anymore time going through help desks for something that should work out of the box.

High pitch noise from fans
Laptop emits a high pitch whistling noise making it unusable in a professional environment, good gaming laptop otherwise but can’t be used for studying or work.
