I love this pad! Drapes beautifully over neck, top of shoulders and upper back. The heat is even and very healing. To soothe my upper arm, I just unsnap it and slide it around to cover the arm. I lay it opened out on the thigh muscle that was injured in a fall and the even heating has helped it heal. I also slide it down my back with the neck piece at the top to heat my low back and hips. The shape surprisingly wraps around while the neck piece reaches just above my waist. Very soothing and comforting when the aches get to me. I use it every night.

It was a godsend! I had a dislocated shoulder and it brought me almost instant relief after the shoulder was reset. I can sleep with it but it does get warm so not a good idea to use it all night. It is a comfortable and soft fabric and I highly recommend.

The only reason this doesn't get five stars from me is because I'd like for it to have a little bit more weight. HOWEVER, I would never make it through some shifts if I didn't know this was waiting for me at home. I love that it automatically shuts down, preventing any damage. I no longer have to use random clips or other things to try to get my heating pad to stay in place.

This was a Godsend for a my shoulder injury. Along with an icepack and rest, this product was essential for my recovery. The heat is intense yet no weird chemical or burn smells. It’s comfortable and durable to wear all night because the thick size is long enough to cover your neck and shoulder like a blanket with minimal movement. The cord is long too with the safety feature turning it off automatically or you can set the timer. This product truly eased my discomfort and helped expedite my recovery.

It’s has a button closure to keep it around your neck and shoulders. And has a nice height to really come up the neck and onto the back of the cervical spine area of the head, great for head/neck/migraine pain. It’s wraps nicely around the shoulders for front shoulder pain as well. Heats up quickly and gets very hot, has a decent length cord. Overall very happy with it.

This is a great item if you have a sore neck,really warm
