This is a simple looking clock and works like a clock should. It was a little smaller than I had imagined, but that was my fault in not checking with a tape measure to see what 8" looked like. It is silent without the annoying ticking sound. It was easy to set the time and hang up on the wall.

Great old school room clock !!! We have this clock on the back screen room, patio, pool area. I love the large numbers to be able to see how long we have been in the pool to not get sunburned by the hot , hot , Florida sun.. The clock under the patio in a dry wall against the house and easy to see anywhere in the pool, plus we have a large screen TV beside the clock so we don't miss our favorite show.
