As good as homemade, but better. Give it a try!
Spreadable, slightly chunky (thats the slices of onion) tasty, slightly sweet. A perfect addition to cheeses, meats and just about anything. The price is fair (saves me having to make it myself) and very, very professional. Its great, I love it. Its not spicy, but you can easily add your own spices to one of the jars. Just great stuff

Such a Good Product
This onion jam is as good as every "thumbs-up" reviewer has said. I make a "sauce" for sandwiches with mayonnaise, ketchup, and onion jam which adds tremendous depth and changes the character of the sandwich totally. The price is reasonable and shipping was expert.

Great taste
Wonderful taste. Fresh. I use to top just about everything. Great with burgers, veggies, cheese, eggs. Worth every cent.

Sweet not strong onion taste.
These are very delicious. They are sweet no unpleasant onion taste. Very good on sandwiches and with all sorts of things do alittle experimenting. You'll love them.

Change in manufacturing. Huge pieces and skins/cores. No reduction in price.
I love and have been purchasing over a tear. Since late December or early January, their manufacturing process has changed.the onion is not cut up enough or how it was . Now in huge pieces, onion skin and hard cores. Please adjust your price way down or go back to original manufacturing. Cannot use in most applications, charcuterie, on top of puffed pastry several other preparations. Cut up onions to previous and smaller size. Or adjust pricing drastically. Really no way to cut it up or food processor to at home reduce size and skins. Should be a .5 rating based on change.

Pretty sweet on its own.
Great color on the onions, they are however pretty sweet on their own. I thought the price was reasonable for a package containing 3 jars. Tastes great on a steak with a bit of horseradish sauce. I have already bought it again.
