Best coffee ever - no more tummy issues
This is my second one which I bought this one for my MIL. I have been a Keurig fan since they started but recently the coffee stated to have a bitter taste in those little cups. Not to mention the stomach issues that started to develop which I blamed on me getting older. Low and behold I bought my first one on clearance somewhere else. First off the coffee flavor is amazing, smooth and not bitter. After a coupled of days I noticed that my stomach issues were gone. Win/Win! The Keurig when in the trash, the k-cups we re donated to the shelter.

Recommended at pricepoint understanding its limitations
This is a nice little automated replacement for manual pouring water from a brew kettle so long as you can accept its limitations. The water is boilded right in the fill reservoir and starts dispensing when it reaches its expected temperature, drizzles put a pretty slow but turbulent rate and dispense in a circular motion back and forth whenever water is flowing through the unit. Boil times when brewing took between 1.5-3 mins on a cold day at close to sea level. There is nothing I can tell to avoid running the unit dry but since you have to fill it each time you brew its likely not an issue. While I'm not a huge fan of the touch interface or beeps, but its responsive and does make it clear what temp and function you've set and to know what's happening on the circular lights (rotating for heating up water or finishing circle to show a rough percent of brew progress). The unit allows 4 water temp settings of 190F, 195F, 200F, and 205F (or next closest similar Celcius rating) and does 2 functions: filter rinse (approx 40ml at 190F) and a set 3 pour brew (approx 207ml +/- 5ml total at the set temp according to my testing). While the manual states it delivers 35ml pour with 30 second bloom followed by a 125ml second pour, a 5 second break and a 95ml final pour, I consistently experienced 32.5ml, 103ml, and 77.1ml pours (+/-5 mls) when testing without a filter or coffee beans. I'm sure performance varies based on ambient temperature and pressure but could never get up to approx 255ml listed. Knowing the expected water output is reduced (test for yourself with a gram/ml scalen with your unit and location) it's easy to reduce your coffee volume to achieve the ratio of your liking but will in my opinion will always produce a pretty low volume brew accounting for coffee absorbtion. For typical coffee/water ratios of 1:15 to 1:17 I'd do much less than the 16g recommended in the manual. If you are brewing a basic dark roast this probably doesn't matter. to you. The unit comes with a plastic funnel brewer and class carafe. I was able to use my own #1 and #2 v60 brewers with a small coffee cup. Overall it's simple and consistent for what it does and its pricepoint makes up for limitations in my opinion and thus I recommend it if it fits in your needed params or if you just want to get into pour over coffe without much investment.

Excellent 1 cup brewer
This small pour over simulator makes an excellent 1 cup of coffee without pods. While many brewers make too much coffee, the 8-10 oz cup is just right for me. When buying filters, looking for ones ending at a point. Some filters are flat at the bottom and won’t fit properly

Every Cup... Perfect.
It's rare these days to buy anything that lives up to its online description. This little guy does just that. After years of standing over a Vario pourover cone and patiently dribbling hot water over the coffee grounds I thought, "there's GOT to be a better way". This gadget is the better way. It works exactly as described. Follow the directions to the letter and the result is one perfectly brewed cup of coffee. This thing does it all; every step in the manual pourover process is here. The rinsing of the paper filter, the blooming of the grounds, the orbital dispensing of the water are all automated. Cup after cup, you get a perfect result. Highly recommended.

Good value no frills pour over machine that does its job well
Kinda cheap but actually works pretty well. Good value for money. It’s certainly not the fanciest coffee maker on the market in that it’s mostly plastic but it does a good job of heating the water to a precise temperature and distributing it evenly in a circular pattern. As far as I know the only single cup pour over machine that does this. I’ve been using it every day for about 3 weeks and so far has exceeded expectations. The v60 it comes with is plastic, however so I replaced it with a glass Kalita wave which works great.

Works well but very SMALL. Only enough for 1 cup of coffee
Great everyday automatic pour over machine. Con: very small. it can only make enough for 1 cup of coffee. That’s ok for me bec i live alone but when I have guests over it’s a hassle to constantly refill the container & wait again for it to brew so we end up using the manual pour over set i also have so it kind of defeats the purpose of having an automatic pour over machine for “less hassle”

Best single cup coffee maker
I love this coffee maker! I only wish that they made one with a higher capacity. It’s incredibly easy to use, and it makes an amazing cup of coffee. I love pour over, but also love being able to push the brew button, walk away, and let it do its thing. I roast my own coffee, and this is a very convenient way to sample a new roast or just enjoy a cup of the coffee I roasted. I don’t like warming plates because they change the taste of the coffee even after a few minutes, so this is perfect for me. Call me a stickler, but I love coffee and like the ability to produce the best cup of coffee possible. I feel that this does that.

Esta cafetera me garantiza repetibilidad sin preocuparme por la técnica de vertido. Solo me ocupo de probar con diferentes granulometrías de la molienda según el perfil de taza que busco, y la temperatura según nivel de tostado del grano. Excelente compra.
