Its not really useful

Very difficult to put on the elbow, very uncomfortable for exercising. The edges hurt when doing arm exercises, the brace is too rigid and doesn't allow natural movement when lifting dumbbells. and product is not eligible to return

Great, tight, snug, SUPPORTIVE brace for your battered elbow and forearm. If you deal with arthritis, tennis elbow, tendonitis, or other maladies, this little unit may be just what you need. Adjust it carefully, as the Velcro (tm) feels raw on your bare skin (you'll soon learn what I mean about getting the straps just right), and it will then supply all-day support for your aching parts! Recommended without reservation!

I prefer elbow sleeves, like this Senston product, with adjustable straps versus the slip-on sleeves. This is important for people with upper arms much larger than their lower arms. This sleeve works well and stays in place. I really like the padding inside that applies extra pressure on the right places - it's like wearing a sleeve and a pressure-pad strap at the same time. Great design. I would have rated it 5-star except the tip of the straps hold too-well. For me and my big fingers, it is difficult to grab the end of the strap to remove it. I wish 1/8-inch of the tip of the strap didn't fasten, so I could easily grip it. On the other hand, not having this keeps the straps in place without any loose ends to catch on shirt sleeves or whatever.

\I waited to write this review because I wanted to be accurate. I wore this to work every other day for a little over a month and got 98% positive results. The tendinitis was acute and was causing my arm to be weak in picking things up with my arm stretched out. Now I have to search for the sore tendon as it has almost completely healed and the pain is gone. Great product saved me from medical bills!

Feels good it works but its a bit of a pain to put in on and make it tight, instead of just velcro would of been better to have a ring to put strap through to pull tight with one hand then double it back to velcro.
