I have a rare health condition, and I haven't been able to eat protein in any form. Since using these enzymes, I have been able to add chai seeds and other plant proteins back into my diet. I'm nervous about reordering, because of the shipping error, but it's par for the course in the comedy of errors that is my life. 🫤Oh well, I'm willing to give it another try, because the Advanced Digestive Enzymes ARE THAT GOOD! And the Amazon team was 💯 in resolving my misfortunate issue.

These bottle of Igennus Digestive Enzymes and Betaine HCl contains 90 capsules. Each capsule contains 300 mg. of betaine hydrochloride (with 225 of those mg. being betaine); and then, a digestive enzyme blend of Protease 3.0, Protease 4.5, Papain, Bromelain, Lipase, Alpha-amylase, Glucoamylase, Lactase, Cellulase, and Alpha-galactosidase. The bottle recommends that adults take 1 capsule at the start of meals (not to exceed 6 capsules per day).I've found these to be very helpful. I've limited these digestive capsules to only 1 or 2 daily, at lunch or dinner. I appreciate the variety of digestive-friendly ingredients.
