Great paver mold
I bought this mold set during July Prime days to hand pour my own pavers. Buying a 20"x20" paver can run $30-40 each and I need 18. A 60lb bag of Sakrete runs $4.49 in my area and turns out 3-4 pavers. Quickcrete runs $7.49 and yields the same but is a larger pebble and harder to hand mix in my 5 gallon bucket. They are heavy plastic. The first set I poured in Quickcrete without a release agent and let them sit 48 hours before popping them out and setting them. They popped out easily, but the cement did not fully come clean after soaking and scrubbing with soapy water. The 2nd set were poured with Sakete and I coated the molds lightly in olive oil. This set came out much easier, but one had bubbles and one was almost perfect except for small chipping in the leaf tips. Possibly due to olive oil settling in the corners, as it was the same batch poured at the same time and both were tapped on the walkway to bring air bubbles to surface. I wish I had bought two sets, as the 24 hour set up before removing pavers is a slow process!! Hopefully they will hold up to complete the pathway. Keeping them clean and free of cement is key to a smooth finish. Worth the price for the end result, slow or not.

Get the right cement
My concrete keeps falling apart. Anyone who succeeded with these molds, can you tell me exactly what brand of concrete you used and how much water you used? I followed the directions. Also, the sakrete is a dark gray color, hoping for white. Thanks!

It was pretty but not thick enough.
It was pretty detailed. But however it wasn’t thick enough. I am returning it.

Don't Buy! Wate of money
The mold is shallow so the problem becomes that it is super thin. Even if you put wire or fiber in it, it breaks easily with any weight.
