Yes this is a a pricey item, food does not stick and cleans up quick. Also the griddle sets eaven on the glass top stove and cooks evenly. Would buy it again.

Love the large nonstick, safe surface for preparing one-pan meals: breakfasts, pancakes, sandwiches, etc. Easy clean up. Replaces similar pans with questionable cooking surfaces. This is a hefty pan to last a lifetime.

I used it for the first time yesterday making French toast. So far so good. Nothing stuck and cleanup was a breeze. It seemed to heat evenly. A big con for me is its weight - very heavy for me. I know I have weak wrists but I think other older women would agree.
