Dr Clark Store B Vitamin Complex (SuperB100), 501 mg 100 Gelatin Capsules

I needed to upgrade my super B100 with a formulation that used a better quality B12 that was methylcobalamin sourced and not synthetic like the previous product I was using. This was also a one capsule a day formula as well, instead of two capsules.

I feel like I am still 19. I still train the same way, Basketball twice a week, weight lifting 4/5 days a week, jog 3 times aweek and ride my bike to work 4 months out of the year. I believe these to be good quality, but frankly, there are other supplements just like this one out there, of at least equal quality, but a better price.
