I recently purchased the INXNI W10, and it’s been an absolute game-changer for my home cleaning routine. I’ve tested it on everything – from spilled cereal to pet hair and muddy footprints – and it hasn’t disappointed me. It’s remarkable how it leaves the floor spotless, combining vacuuming and mopping in one swift action.A thoughtful design worth mentioning is that when the power is turned off, suction continues for about 5 seconds, which is a good way to avoid leaving a little mess on the floor after the power is turned off.What also stands out is the high-capacity battery. If you’re using this vacuum for a simple vacuum cleaner to go over pretty much clean floors, it works if you use it with the water and the way it was advertised to work you’re going to find a horrible old sponge/musty scent that you can’t get rid of . I tried cleaning it after every use, taking out the roller and washing it thoroughly with each use everything I’ve tried. It still has that smell of old sponge musty. I would not recommend buying and spending the money for this if you have a sensitive nose like I do.

I fell for the frequently bought together package , thinking I'm getting extra rollers and filters. Turns out, the filter package is for another vacuum and had to be returned. Then I find that I cannot get the roller replacements for this vacuum for under 50 dollars, not including the filters which i cannot find at all. This vacuum does what it promises,but needs frequent water refills and constant dirty water dumpings. I could have just mopped the floor and been done with it ,in the first place. 'good grief!'

I am in love with this 3 in 1 vacuum. It save me so much time during cleaning. It is not heavy at all. Runs smoothly. One water tank is enough to clean my house.

When it worked it was great but after about a week after the return period ended it stopped working and will turn on for only a minute and just dump water onto the floor. Followed all maintenance guidelines. Not able to contact support through email and the website doesn’t work.

I absolutely love this vacuum mop combo! It picked up all the pets mess and more. The only down side it it only came with 1 roller and this unit does not have a self drying feature. I have to take the roller off and leave it off for 2 days in order for it to air out. Leaving me with the option to use it for that time frame. I went To purchase more but the manufacturer does not have it available and I cant Find another brand that will fit. Unfortunately I have To return and purchase a different brand for this reason only.

I was concerned about having replacement parts so I emailed the company and Eddie was very responsive. Email questions or concerns and register for a replacement head and filter free at [email protected]. They will have more filters and replacement roller heads on here soon again he just assured me via email. So I will keep you updated, they are sending me a free replacement roller and filter and have me registered with warranty with the manufacturer. So far I am very impressed with the machine and Eddie from the [email protected] customer support. I did see they are available on the Walmart website as well. 35 bucks for one roller head and one filter. I ordered a set called Main Roller Brush Filter Replacement Set for Ultenic for AC1 Elite Vacuum(1x Main Roller Brush + 2 x Filter) on here yesterday. They will be here early June. I will let you know if it works. Maybe it's over kill but I have one original roller, it's perfect with use as I clean it with the machine and pull it out to dry at every use same with the filter. I have an extra set I ordered with the machine, they are sending me a free set with warranty registration says on a card inside the box to do that and now I have these coming.
