Great product, and even better customer service. Took a few minutes to install with no issues at all. Adding different codes and other options are made quick and easy with the instructions given in the box. High quality and looks good on any door. Not sure about the battery life as I’ve only recently installed it, hopefully I will get a year minimum from the batteries. Quick to unlock when the code is put in.

This is a wonderful key pad door lock. I installed one at my college students apartment, on the outside door that's located in a sketchy area of town. He had been experiencing strangers walking into their porch area and making themselves at home. This solved that problem. The keypad requires an eight digit code to get in and neither he nor his roommates nor the girls in the other apartment have any problem accessing it. It comes with two keys and easy to understand directions on changing the code. Super easy to install I was able to do it myself in minutes and it seems to be of great quality. I love the rubber guard to protect from the weather, smooth operation when opening door, and easy to change batteries . Loved it so much bought 2 more for our house! This was a great buy for the garage door going into the house where you don't need a deadbolt. It's super convenient not having to mess with keys anymore and the installation was easy and straightforward. The keypad works smoothly, the handle feels solid, and setting up the code didn't take long at all. I put in my phone to replace the batteries in 1 year - unsure how long it last. Overall, it does exactly what I needed it to do and I'd recommend it for interior or garage entry doors.

Good value. I love the convenience of using a code. No fumbling with keys. Easy to install, even for this grandma. It worked so well on my front door, I bought another for the back. Good stout feeling. Don't know why I hadn't done this sooner. 😌😏

This is a solid door lock you can tell it's not cheaply made and definitely gonna put another one on my other door The functional of the lock is really easy along with programming the codes to the lock. So it's very easy to use

This is great! I'm super impressed that it's so sturdy, easy to use, and easy to install for a great price. I've never installed a lock before, but I'm stubborn and like to figure things out myself, so I sat down at my door with hope in my heart and the manual in my hand, and got it done. Zero problems (other than a user-error thing where I put something in backwards, but that's my fault). I'm genuinely surprised at how easy the install was. I've had it installed since early May, and we haven't had a single issue with it. I haven't tried setting one-time-use passcodes or secondary passcodes yet, so I can't speak to that. I do love, though, that you can put any amount of digits before and/or after your code to throw off any potential onlookers, and the door will still open. I also like that you can set how long you want the period between when you unlock and when it auto-locks to be. It bolts very well - I don't have any concerns that someone might be able to kick it in easily or anything. You can't lock/unlock from the inside, but I can't think of an instance where that would matter anyway, since I have it set to auto-lock after a minute and a half, and the inside handle doesn't lock (only the outside handle). I like that it came with a key - I'm always paranoid that the batteries will die without warning (though apparently it warns you with quite a bit of advanced notice), so it's reassuring to have the key on my keychain anyway. just in case. There's no fingerprint recognition, which is honestly fine by me, I feel like I'd just get frustrated having to perfectly align my thumb every time. There's also no wifi to lock/unlock remotely or generate new passcodes on the go, but I'm alright with that for this price. Plus, I kind of worry about wifi connections making the lock easier to hack, but I also don't know what I'm talking about in that regard lol.

Super easy to install! It took me about 20 minutes since I already had the holes cut. Arrived ahead of scheduled delivery date. Looks sleek and modern on our doors. Easy to program and instructions are crystal clear, both written and the filmed ones using the QR code. Customer support is next-day if needed, which is much appreciated. Buyers should know, however, that it does not lock from the inside if the auto-lock feature is disengaged. We disconnected it so that we didn’t have to continually unlock our doors when we wanted to come in every time we stepped outside. We have a backup deadbolt lock, but if you don’t, you should be aware that the door locks automatically every time you shut the door, unless you disengage the auto-lock feature, and if you do that, it doesn’t lock from the inside. Nuff said. Other than that, an excellent product and highly recommended.

I like the lock but I don’t like that you can’t see the numbers during the day without making it light up. The buttons are all black and I have old eyes! I forgot to take a picture. Lock is installed on our cottage shed
