HUM is amongst the best health supplements companies out there! Effective products and completely clean ingredients. I found these to be gentle on my stomach and work so well at keeping my digestive system healthy. They’re easy to swallow and relatively don’t taste like anything just slightly herbal.

This is my favorite Hum product for sure! It really does help my digestive tract, and the bloat really does go away. I recommend this to everyone that needs a prebiotic!

Taste good an works very good good value cheaper than in local drug store

My husband bought this because there’s a specific strain in this product that's supposed to help with oral health. We wanted to love it, but I made my husband’s second half of his digestive system upset, and it made me absolutely nauseated. I thought I would get used to it, but after a couple times puking I just don't wanna roll the side anymore.

I have taken this every day for 2 years and have not been sick once. Last month I decided to try a different one, and well, I got sick. I always thought it was this probiotic for why my immunity has been so great and now I’m sure.

I started experiencing evening stomach cramps and pains. I was taking an antibiotic and thought this might be the cause. I had purchased HUM Gut Instinct awhile back and still had bottle, so on an impulse I took one day (love that you do not have to take with food!). That night the pain/nausea I had been experiencing every evening for 5 days was gone -- I took it regularly each morning after that and have not had that pain for the last month! I will be taking this daily moving forward--fantastic for me and no side effects.
