Rawlings | Glove Mallet | Baseball/Softball | Break-In Aid

Seems to be working fine to break in a new baseball glove. The only thing that I’m worried about is the ball on top is glued on. Hopefully it doesn’t come flying off when using it.I see that there are one piece ones that are a better option.

If you think you need it. You do. If you think you are going to break in more than one glove. You need it.

Much needed for stiff glove break in. Many hours of banging and no damage, should last forever.

Great mallet, really helped me with glove break ins

Price was great and much cheaper than the same product being sold at the local, big name sports equipment store. My daughter used to quickly break in her new glove mid season, using the mallet while watching tv at night. Didn’t take long before her glove was game day ready, no glove steaming required!

Very light weight. I'd prefer it to be a little heavier. 2 piece construction might be an issue if used excessively. Been using it for a while with no issues though. Recently upgraded to the Mizuno one which I like better.

13 y/o son got a catchers mit for christmas. This product worked well in breaking it in.

This is certainly a lot easier to use to break in a new glove than throwing a ball, especially when you are alone.Highly recommend.
