This is very effective mixed with baking soda to relieve the reactions caused by occasionally accidentally coming in contact with foods or chemicals that I am sensitive to. Alka-seltzer used to make a "gold" version with those ingredients. It was very effective, but they don't make it anymore, so now I just mix my own. This is a very good product in my opinion, I use it to treat powdery mildew ,once it has established on my Mango Trees !

Potassium carbonate can be used for sodium-free baking. It can also be used to reduce pH in drinks that are too tart (but use sparingly because if also affects taste. I've used it for both purposes, and at the time I bought this it was the best non-bulk price I found.
