I love the fresh cacao aroma of these nibs. They give a pleasant chocolatey taste to my chia pudding or cashew butter custard. I am usually leery about products that focus so much on quantity to give the impression that you are getting great bang for the buck however, even though these provided a great price for the volume I decided to give these a shot and I was very impressed with the high quality of these nibs. I enjoy tasting the notes in fine chocolates so it would be fun if they were able to say where specifically they were grown so I could try different bags out and see the difference I can pick out.Obviously, since cacao nibs are just broken cocoa beans there is no sugar and have a bit of a bitter flavor naturally. Since the cocoa butter is not removed from the nibs though the bitterness is not nearly so potent as cocoa powder on its own.I love using these for my homemade granolas and puddings. They give such a pleasant taste and texture and since I seek to have minimal if any sweet in my food this has been one item I keep stocked. I've been going through bags of these for over a year.

Anthony's cacao nibs is an excellent product. I really enjoyed the taste of it as it has an intense chocolate flavor and who does not like a nice chocolate flavor entincing your every taste bud?I highly recommend this product!

Amazon says I have ordered this 49 times so it is obviously our go to product. We have tried other brands but Anthony’s has the best flavor and consistency. Unfortunately the price has climbed from below $20 to $30 so it is becoming unsustainable for me ….. I may go through withdrawals :) I know all chocolate is going up due to reduction in cacao bean harvest so it just sucks

Arrived on time and was pleasantly surprised to see how they've changed to a much larger nib for more crunch! I was a little leery buying that large of a bag not knowing the current quality of the product. I purchased in the past and recall I wasn't that impressed. But I took a chance and the nibs are large and flavorful. Love this superfood packed with nutrient goodness! I have it every day in smoothies, think green smoothie with a couple drops of peppermint oil for chocolate chip mint, or on top of my chia pudding. My son-in -law brought me back some nibs after he returned from a mission trip to Guatemala. These were as big and flavorful as those ones!!!

Good with moca pot. Need to keep in mind it’s not hot chocolate. Good at night with a good cookie..

I personally throw these in my smoothies or yogurt. They may be a little bitter on their own, but of course you can “mask” the taste by mixing it with other things. Packed with antioxidants, fiber, minerals, & health enhancing compounds - it’s a no brainer in my book. I’ve been ordering the Anthony’s brand for a while now, and I have zero complaints. 10/10 recommend!

Just what I was looking for to add to my overnight oats. Super healthy and delicious. Great product. Organic and ethically sourced is a huge bonus.
