I am trying out candle making and needed colors. I am learning as I go but I found that the powder seems darker than when drying in the candle, yes I know that is how things work. So I am learning how much to add, I did a small scoop and the candle was nicely colored until it dried. I need to add more to see how it turns out. I can only review on the candle making, I have not used this for anything else. So if you are making candles, practice until you get the perfect color, I wanted a medium/dark color and got a light.The jars are small I am just hoping that I don't need half the bottle to get my color, my kids said just a little bit works, but it didn't. When I try again I will try and update this listing. But so far, the color choices are great, you get a lot of different colors, I bought the big size.

I absolutely love this I use this to paint inside of candle molds and then I'll pick out different colors candle with the same smell or sometimes you know if I want to do like a strawberry and then a cherry mix but I love this it just makes the design pop and makes it more pretty

I use these for hand made melt and pour soaps and wow! The colors are so vibrant. I love the little spoons that come with it because you honestly only need a tiny spoonful or two to get a vibrant rich color. I will say that if you use too much for soaps you will get a run off or bleed of color when you use the soap. This is how I learned that just a little bit of powder will go a long way. You don't need much to get a great rich and vibrant color.

I’ve been using this Mica Powder set for candle making, and I absolutely love the assortment of colors! There’s such a great variety to choose from, and the shades really pop in wax—my candles have turned out beautifully every time.The powders blend in smoothly and give a nice shimmer without clumping or dulling, which has made the creative process even more fun. My only complaint is that the bottles aren’t filled all the way to the top. You still get a good amount of product, but it was a little disappointing to open them and see space at the top.That said, the quality and color payoff are fantastic. I’ll definitely keep using this set!

I ordered the 24 pack of mica powders. They came with each jar sealed. No spills or leakage. It came with 24 colors, spoons, a thing to open the jars, and an applicator one side like an eyeshadow sponge and the other a little brush. I got this to add more verity of colors to offer with press ons. For the design I wanted to try I had to watch some YouTube videos as I was blending one powder color into one gel color. It went on smooth. Is beautiful. Shiny. I swatched all of them. On each swatch the bottoms half is black and top white. I did this to show what difference the base color can make this way I don’t have to try to remember. All the colors are vibrant and beautiful. It is messy, but what kind of powder isn’t? You can be cleaner about it. To help I scooped powder out of the jar and placed it in the lid and then used my brush to tap into it. I also had the lid on paper towel. When applying top coat make sure you either scoop some out on an pallet and use a brush for glitters and shimmer or have a top coat designated to glitters and shimmer because it will get in your brush just like most powders, glitters and shimmer. If you have excess powder on the nails it will spread when top coating. If you don’t just top coat gently and it should all be fine. It worked for me. Overall i definitely recommend.

Great quality and good price for the amount of colors you get. Not terribly messy when mixing with epoxy.
