I bought this to hopefully reduce my knee pain when playing volleyball.. They are very comfy but unlike regular insoles they make whatever shoes you wear a bit snug. I have fairly wide feet so I usually take out the insoles in most of my shoes when playing Volleyball but with this in there it makes my feet too snug and I can't lace the shoes up. If I have normally sized feet, these would've been amazing
