Thought a macaron sheet would be helpful for consistency in size and spacing. Read a review that the sheets fit great on the cookie sheet turned upside down, so I didn't have to trim to "fit". Also followed review that suggested putting in oven for 10 minutes after washing to remove any odor. VERY impressed with how easy it was to remove brownie batter cookies (thicker consistency to avoid spreading). Didn't need a spatula. Cookies were thin, crispy yet tender, and NOT dark on the bottoms. Bought four to keep two in oven while assembly of next batch. Would definitely purchase these again.
