وصلتني وهيه مقلوبه في كرتون الشحن لايوجد بها سلك كهربائي وفي الكتلوج الطابعه تتصمن السلك وصعت الاحبار كما هوه موضح ولكن الحبر الاسود به مشكله وكنت اواجه مشكله بالطابعه القديمه للاحبار فكان هوه السبب الاساسي لشرائي للطابعه هذه ولكن للاسف واجهت نفس المشكله

Dude en comprar esta impresora por su alto costo, pero no me arrepiento de nada, una excelente compra. La impresión es de alta calidad e imprime bastante rápido en comparación a otras impresoras. Me gusta mucho que no pasa por rodillos, lo que hace que el papel no se maltrate nada, esto también es de mucha ayuda cuando se usan gramajes altos de papel. Otra ventaja es que revise en costo de las tintas y están a precios muy accesibles. He estado usándola por 3 meses casi a diario y las tintas han bajado solo 1/4. IMPORTANTE: La única desventaja, es que SOLO acepta papel fotográfico, algo que no sabía cuando la compré; si bien, eso hace que tenga impresiones espectaculares, el papel es mucho más caro que un couche u opalina, además, tampoco puedo imprimir en papeles especiales como los que se usan en invitaciones (o de colores) ya que la impresión queda opaca. Consideren esto al comprarla.
