These cable handles are a bit fiddly until the correct grip positioning is learnt. But they are quickly becoming an integral part of my training and add variation to the standard cable attachments. So far, I've used them for cable chest presses, cable flys and close grip lat pulldowns. The build quality seems excellent and they cost no more than many standard handles.

The media could not be loaded. So I am always looking for a better product to maximise output and increase efficiency. I have a bodysolid dual weight cable machine and lots of accessories to go with it. However I always felt a gap and was not sure what would fill in that. So I ended up purchasing a lot of cable accessories and then, Finally this item happened. I saw it and thought to give it a try. I am immediately lift twice more on the cable. Do you know why? the surface area on the hand grip allows for weight distribution across the whole hand/palm and not just how other roller type handles act. The grip feels sure, secure and less tiring on hands and like i said, the increased grip moulded surface area does wonder for increased weight capacity to be pulled/pushed.Pros:Great fit on handsMore weight can be pushed pulled because of the buildCons:As the each grip is moulded for either right or left hand. You would have to swap the handles when facing the other way on the cable machine.Overall - I highly recommend.Stay well.

Excellent product and I’m very pleased with purchase

Good piece of gear - fits the hand snugly; taking into account your fingers. Only issue; a small one, is that you have to swap each time you change hands i.e. one is made for the 'left' paw and the other, for the 'right,' paw.
