Love it!! So easy to put up and take out ! My 2 year old loves to hang on it and try to pull himself up!

I bought this pull-up bar because I’m gym-shy and wanted to explore new exercises in the comfort of my home. It turned out to be a fantastic purchase! Not only did it help me feel more confident trying different movements, but I also doubled the number of pull-ups I could do since getting it. The bar is sturdy, easy to install, and doesn’t damage the door frame or wall. I also love how simple it is to adjust its position. For the price, it’s an excellent investment for anyone looking to build strength at home.

Initially bought a competitor bar but it didn’t contract enough. This one fits the bill and was cheaper. Most likely from the same Chinese manufacturer but with some adjustments. Not sure why the feet are split into threes with the sides spring loaded. Maybe it’s to fit into frames horizontally but the door itself would get in the way, so idk.Beware, this could deform some of the paint around the area of placement, the frame (depression) and strip off paint. Do it once and do it right.

Works great. Have had it on my door since I got it. Great that I can open and close the door while it’s up.

Good product. Excellent if you cannot and do not want to drill holes in wall. Did some explosives and regular pull-ups and holds up well. And I can close door on top of that. Also u can disassemble and move it to a different part of your house or possibly travel with it.

I tend to do my workouts at home, saw this product at a friend's home, tried it, liked it and ordered it. It's surprisingly easy to install, and although I cannot do a pull up, I enjoy using it for resistance and stretching. I'm very happy with the seller and the product. Very short time between ordering and arrival. Cheers to staying in shape!!!

The plastic pieces that come in contact with the frame come right out. There is nothing, not even glue, holding these in. This was properly installed and held up to light use for a couple of weeks. I only use it to hang for some shoulder therapy. Easing my weight on it to hang still caused it to fall and I ended up on the ground. Also, with most door frames you will have to crank this thing past the point of hearing the frame and molding crack for it to be anywhere near tight enough to consider it "installed".
