Fantastic Pans, well worth the price
I purchased a HexClad set directly from their website during the COVID-19 pandemic, after having repeatedly replaced cheaper brands like T-Fal every year or two. Those pans would always look terrible after a short time, and I’d end up buying a new set for around $30.However, I can confidently say that the HexClad set I bought in 2020 still looks almost brand new. They heat evenly, hold up well, and clean up beautifully. I’ve found that a little Bar Keeper’s Friend and a green scrubber work wonders on them, bringing back their shine with minimal effort. My only tip is to season them with oil during the first dozen uses. Simply wipe a small amount of olive oil onto the surface with a paper towel after each use, and over time, they’ll develop a naturally non-stick surface. While a few foods still tend to stick (as they do with most cookware), the seasoning helps make the pans much more resilient and easier to cook with.Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the durability and performance of HexClad. It's been a great investment, and I highly recommend it to anyone tired of constantly replacing cookware.

Exactly what I needed
I love my griddle. It actually lives on my stove. It’s easy to use. The size is great. I can grill 3-4 sandwiches at once and make a quesadilla quickly. Was also easy to make crepes. I don’t have any sticking issues and cooks evenly and easily.

The BEST Griddle Pan Ever Made
After going thru many griddle pans over our lifetime, we ordered the HexClad 12 inch griddle pan in hopes it would be our last. We were not disappointed, and this will be the last griddle pan we will ever have to purchase. We have an induction stove, so it was an absolute necessity the griddle pan worked with induction. This griddle pan EXCEEDED our expectations. It was received in absolutely perfect condition. Even the packaging was impressive. We followed the directions to prepare the pan for its first use, and that is a very important step, so don't skip it. This griddle pan heats quickly and evenly, and nothing sticks to it, making clean up a breeze. If I tried to take this pan from my wife, she would beat me with it first. The quality, finish, warranty, and performance of this griddle pan is amazing to say the least. In the future, if we have to purchase other cookware, we will purchase it from HexClad. Even though the cookware seems a little pricey, the HexClad cookware is an absolute bargain since you will never have to replace it.

Buy it!!
I am adding pieces of hex clad as I can. This is absolutely the best cook ware that I have ever used. Four years ago, my sweet cousin gifted me with the 12 inch frying pan. I have used it everyday since then and I love it. Nothing sticks, it doesn't scratch and the clean up is a breeze. I use the spray bottle Dawn and all I do is spray it, rinse and dry. No need really to put it in the dishwasher.Yes, it is expensive but, piece by piece I will own it. I bought the whole set of Calphalon and am retiring it. Follow me as I continue to build my Hex Clad set.

Overhyped and Underwhelming – Not Worth the Price
I bought the HexClad Hybrid Nonstick Griddle Pan after seeing all the hype, but unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to expectations. The biggest issue? The so-called "lifetime warranty" feels like nothing more than a marketing gimmick to justify the inflated price. After just light use "warming pita bread" the center of the pan has already developed a slight bubble. If you lay a tortilla on it, you can actually see and feel the uneven surface. For anyone cooking South Asian breads (like roti or paratha), the oil sticks stubbornly, making the pan look permanently stained no matter how much you scrub. Even worse, on an electric stovetop, the pan doesn’t sit flat, causing uneven heating. The nonstick coating is mediocre at best. food still sticks unless you use excessive oil, which defeats the purpose of a "nonstick" pan. For the price, I expected far better performance and durability. Save your money; there are much better (and cheaper) options out there.

Decent, but probably not worth the money
I was excited to try Hexclad for the first time. I seasoned the griddle to specification, but still struggle with food trying to stick. That said, this griddle does heat quickly, retains heat well, and distributes heat evenly. Overall, this is a decent product, but I question if it's worth the high-end price. There are likely better options available that offer better value.

Hip Cookware
These pans are cool. Expensive, but cool.Nothing sticks to these pans, easy to clean and lifetime warranty. Packaging is even clever and makes unboxing fun.
