I have been using bore snakes for quite sometime, and when this style come out I purchase four different cal's and they are very good quality. You can screw brush to end and pull it through. A couple passes and its off to the range with clean bore, or take it with you to use at the range if you plan to shoot alot. A very quick bore clean that I really like and would recommend. Shop around and you may find them for around ten bucks. I paid around fourteen.

Missing the T Handle for the 10mm.....
Unsure why it was missing the T Handle when it specified "with T Handle"I also bought the 9mm one, it came with the T Handle AND the length of it is alot longer..

So easy
I love Otis products. I think I have just about all of them. Quality stuff made in USA. I use these immediately after shooting while the gun is still hot. Just a couple of passes and it’s done. I then put it in a small ziplock and then a little leather pouch and toss it in my gun bag. I do a full take down and thorough cleaning every 1000 rounds. These are great and so easy.

Compliments other Otis products well!
Put simply, this thing works! And it compliments the other Otis products well. Best of all, you can attach slotted tips and brushes to the end.Regardless of caliber, these Ripcords are 5 star products.

Good, but not great
I have one of these for each of my firearms. I use them specifically to clean the barrel at the range after target practice, when the barrel is still hot. I usually run them through a couple if times, and then give the firearm a thorough cleaning when I get home. I always find quite a bit of powder residue still in the barrel (when using patch and solvent), so I'm not really sure what I'm accomplishing using these Ripcords. Maybe just making my at-home thorough cleaning process a little easier.

Buy caliber specific for best results.
My preferred way to clean my barrel. I use the screw on attachments from my cleaning kit such as brushes and mops or patches to attach to the screw head for a total cleang.
