Absolutely fabulous. Honestly. So simple but hugely effective. Anyone with any swelling in their feet should use these. I was on crutches with a knee injury and after 6 months of rubbish, useless therapy, I stumbled accross these. My feet are straight back to skinny uk 4 and my knees are so strong and all the strength in both my legs is back. So happy. Bought some other bits of equipment to get fully fit again but it was these little things that helped me to this stage. Got down to a uk size 8 trews now and still working on my top half. Do it gradually. It is uncomfortable for a bit but I sometimes keep them on am till bed now. Sooooh pleased!They are well made. Strong and stretchy and easy to rinse. I went from hardly able to walk up to 20,000 steps a day. No joke!

I was initially looking for to separators for painting toenails when I came across these. Thought I would give them a go as my toes are a bit crooked from wearing stilettos in my youth.I don’t know if they would make a permanent difference, quite possibly if you wore them on a daily basis. What I would say is that they’re surprisingly comfortable and work really well as to separators whether that’s for painting toenails or just trying to space your toes out.
